Information we collect: names, contact numbers, email addresses and academic details that parents or guardians provide when enquiring about or enrolling in our schools, and messages sent to us through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or email.
How we use it: to respond to enquiries, manage admissions, communicate school notices, fee and academic information, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing: we share information only with school staff who need it, with government education authorities where required by law, and with service providers that help us communicate (for example WhatsApp and Google Workspace).
Security and retention: we keep records only as long as needed for school administration and take reasonable steps to protect them.
Children: student information is handled only with the consent of parents or guardians.
Your choices: you may ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing school@alawwaledu.com or calling 0533553500.
Data deletion requests: send an email to school@alawwaledu.com with the subject Data Deletion and we will respond to confirm.
